Residential Habilitation (Res Hab) and Certified Family Homes

Print

Tomorrow’s Hope is a Residential Habilitation (Res Hab) Agency providing support services and training for Providers of Certified Family Homes.  We are a state licensed agency designed to support individuals who require or desire a 24 hour support environment in a family home.

Tomorrow’s Hope was instrumental in establishing Certified Family Homes for individuals who qualified for Intermediate Care Facilities, but desired less restrictions and more opportunities to be independent.

Today we are the leader.  We offer the best training, support, and care in the State and are constantly upgrading our skills and those of our providers to meet the needs of our consumers.

A Certified Family Home (CFH) is a home licensed by the Department of Health and Welfare to care for qualified adults with disabilities.  A CFH is designed to promote independence while offering support with 24 hour supervision, daily living activities, and personal hygiene.  A CFH under the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver program is required to be affiliated with a Residential Habilitation Agency like Tomorrow’s Hope.

For more information on qualifications for services or if you are interested in learning about becoming a Certified Family Home please contact the Res Hab Coordinator using our web form or by calling 208-319-0760.
