We are hiring Direct Care Staff to supervise and provide care to adults with mild intellectual disabilities in their home and community and assist participants with grocery shopping and community recreation. Our mission is to support and enhance the lives of individuals by encouraging personal growth and active participation. Employees must be dependable, engaged, and tuned into the needs of our program as well as our participants.

$500 SIGN-ON BONUS!!**
Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days!
Paid Time Off available after 90 days!

Candidate must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, Complete Medication Administration Certification class, Complete First Aid/CPR certification and attend ongoing training meetings. Having a valid driver’s license is a PLUS!

Immediate full-time and part-time positions available in Meridian, Nampa, and Eagle locations. Act fast and CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT!

Hourly starting wage is based upon experience, availability, and certifications.

**Bonus paid over the course of first year’s employment.

LPN- FT or PT work available

Unique Nursing Opportunity!  Work directly with individuals who need your big caring heart! This is a fun job in a homelike setting and unlike any other nursing opportunity available.

Tomorrow's Hope provides 24 hour care to individuals with disabilities. Main job duties include: attending doctors appointments, receiving doctor's orders, interaction with pharmacy, staff training, ongoing documentation and follow up regarding medical issues, and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings for all clients.  Case load of approximately 14 clients.

Flexibility with schedule with rotating on call work.
