Our Story
Tomorrow’s Hope, Inc., was the dream of a young female entrepreneur who had better ideas for services for children with special needs, out of urgency to address “today’s challenges”. In 1981, she opened the first non-profit Intermediate Care Facility for children with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) in Idaho, to encourage their growth toward independence. From that initial vision, Tomorrow’s Hope Satellite Services opened in 1988, to provide Residential Habilitation and Developmental Therapy services and programs.
Our Hope for TODAY.
As Idaho’s first privately owned ICF/ID agency, Tomorrow’s Hope is a trailblazer of success and hope in increasing better awareness within the disability field. What started from 1 ICF/ID home with only a few residents and staff, four decades ago, has thrived today with over 60 participants and over 100 staff. Simply put, “The Professionals” since 1981.
Our Hope for TOMORROW.
In 2021, 40 years later, Tomorrow’s Hope celebrates and hallmarks this momentous milestone with a look to the future with all our participants and staff, past and present. The company’s success in the disability field can be greatly attributed to living up to its namesake to benefit so many lives in *Making today’s challenges TOMORROW’S HOPE*.
Whether you are needing disability services for a family member or are interested in becoming a part of our staff, you have come to the right place. Hope is within sight if you just look in the right direction.
